Thanks a million times, Estefania, for your support, always being there for us, and everything! Thanks a lot again. I truly used the comb technique you showed me for pain management, along with all the other advice we practiced with you in the birth class. All of it worked! Carlos also stroked and caressed my hand, and that helped distract me a little from the pain. I also listened to music, and that really helped me relax more and dilate from 4 cm to 9 1/2 cm in less than two hours or even less! Super great, super cool… everything just went with the flow.
