Solana Heart & Hands was born to support families during the most important life transitions (Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum, Fertility processes, Pregnancy and Infant (perinatal) Loss) with compassionate, unbiased care. At Solana Heart & Hands, we believe in the importance of a resilient and positive mindset for accompanying our spirit, movement to uplift the mind and care for the body, and finding the appropriate extra hands for getting trusted support. Solana is our spirit, Heart is our mind, and Hands is our body; each represents part of our Spirit, Mind, and Body philosophy for caring for and supporting other beings.
